French Excellence Charpak scholarships
French Excellence Charpak is a French government scholarship programme in India that covers every level of studies that a candidate could think of – bachelor's programmes, master’s programmes, lab internships and even semester exchange programmes.
The scholarship provides a monthly stipend of between €700-860 per month, student visa and Campus France fee waiver, and in some cases even assistance in finding affordable student accommodation.

Eiffel Excellence Scholarship
The Eiffel Scholarship is provided by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and is open for master’s and PhD candidates of every nationality. The scholarship offers a monthly stipend of between €1,181 and €1,700, a round-trip flight ticket, national and local transportation to reach your university’s location, and more.

Legrand Empowering Scholarship
As part of the Franco-Indian Education Trust, this scholarship supports the education of Indian students from low-income families and children of armed forces personnel. It is awarded for one year, covers a monthly stipend and a visa fee waiver.
Shikhar Thales Scholarship
This scholarship is also part of the Franco-Indian Education Trust and is offered at the master’s level in the field of engineering. It supports the education of meritorious Indian students from low-income families and covers a monthly stipend of €700, visa fee and Campus France fee waiver.
Amba Dalmia Scholarship
The Amba Dalmia scholarship is also a part of the Franco-Indian Education Trust and aims to empower Indian women applicants to pursue their education in France in the fields of music, sports, theatre, cinema, gastronomy and arts. The scholarship consists of a monthly stipend and a visa fee waiver.
French+Sciences Scholarship
French+Sciences is a short-term language and scientific study programme for international university students who are majoring in science and technology. It is offered to candidates looking to learn or improve their French language while discovering a scientific and innovative environment while visiting France. The scholarship covers living allowance, airfare, accommodation, cultural activities, French language course, and more.
Film and new media scholarships
The La Femis scholarship offers a summer residency programme where students follow three weeks of classes, taught by professionals at La Femis institution on themes such as filming reality, writing, screenplay structure, script development, and more.
The scholarship covers a monthly stipend, a return ticket to France, tuition fees, overseas medical insurance coverage, assistance to find accommodation and a student visa fee waiver.

Raman Charpak Fellowship
This fellowship offers Indian students to the opportunity to carry out part of their research work in a university or research & development institute based in France. The support offered includes a stipend of €1500 per month, a return airfare ticket in economy class between India and France, and additional support for participating in a seminar/workshop during their term of the fellowship.

Paris-Tech co-financed programme: Open to Indian students to pursue their engineering training at one of the five ParisTech schools.

The MOPGA Visiting Fellowships Programme for Young Researchers supports researchers working on topics related to:

40 fellowships will be awarded over a 12-month period from September 2023, with benefits such as a monthly stipend of €2,500, a moving allowance of €500, and more.
